I provide mental, and physical technique training in volleyball. I am a USA Volleyball Juniors coach, a Gold Crown coach, and a High School coach with over a decade of head coaching experience. I believe in coaching the whole athlete. Not just skills and technique.
Maryland Juniors is looking for athletes with strong volleyball skills but more importantly is looking for athletes with high potential (attitude, size, strength, speed). Athletes must commit to 4-6 hours a week of practice and 2-3 tournaments a month. Grades are also important for college play and must be maintained. SERIOUS COACHES

Masks are optional at all volleyball skills trainings for athletes and coaches. Group Skills Training sessions are limited to 16 athletes per session. Advanced registration is recommended. Wisconsin Blaze Volleyball athletes that paid their team fee for the 2021 season can use their included skills trainings to cover these sessions.
6. Defensive Skills – Rolling; Sliding When the ball does not come directly at an athlete, it may be impossible to play the ball from a regular underhand passing standing position. The athlete still focuses on the ball and takes a step with the near foot in the direction of the oncoming ball. The body is extremely low when playing the ball.
Volleyball drills are used to enhance various performance factors such asball control, footwork, andtiming on approach jumps or blocks. Coaches and players need to understand the importance oftraining with purpose. A purpose of a drill could be to fix a problem, or improve volleyball skills such as passing or hitting.
